RESERVATIONS FOR ISCAS ’06 EXCURSIONS

Kos and the surrounding islands offer a lot of opportunities to enjoy your free time, while attending ISCAS ’06.

You can choose a tour of the island or the city and admire the natural beauty and the archaeological sites, or take day trips to the beautiful surrounding islands of Nissyros, Kalymnos, Patmos, or even to Turkey (Bodrum), which is only 45 min. away.

The tours listed o our web site may be booked via MeetingPlanner.gr before or during the symposium. Following is a list of the excursions offered to ISCAS ’06 participants.

EXCURSIONS RESERVATION PROCEDURE

You may book your excursion(s) in advance, either on-line or by fax, until Friday, May 12, 2006. These two options can be exercised via the accommodation application, found at the accommodation page of this web site.

While on Kos, you may visit the hospitality desk at the conference venue (KICC), during the same hours as the registration desk, and make your arrangements on site.

Persons wishing to participate in the tours are requested to book as early as possible. While it is planned that all excursions will be available before, during, and after the symposium dates, it is emphasized that any tour may be cancelled on any of those dates, depending on the number of participating persons.

The times you will see in the following descriptions are indicative. A detailed dates and time table will be included in the final program.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your excursion until 24 hours prior to taking it, there will be no cancellation fees. If you cancel it right before departure or if you don’t show up, there will be a 50% administration fee. As a general rule, there must be at least 25 participants, for each excursion to take place.

If your excursion is cancelled you will be fully refunded at the hospitality desk.

ADDITIONAL EXCURSION / TRANSFER APPLICATION

Those who already have made accommodation reservations (online or by fax), but would like to book excursions in addition, please use the additional excursion/ transfer application form found at the accommodation section of this web site.

The additional excursion/ transfer application cannot be submitted on-line. Please fax (+30 2610 991 945) the additional excursion/ transfer form found at the end of this page. Confirmation will be sent via e-mail, after proof of payment has been received. Please remember to print and bring this confirmation letter with you to the registration desk.
