The Iberostar Kipriotis Maris Hotel is situated across the street from the conference venue, up on the hill.

A luxurious property, the Kipriotis Maris Hotel is decorated in a modern fashion and all its rooms are very large and all have a balcony or terrace offering a great view of the ocean the surrounding islands and the Turkish coast. During your stay here you may use the facilities of the neighboring Iberostar hotel complex, such as the “Playland” in the nearby Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama Hotel.
Although a 5* star property, the hotel offers to ISCAS delegates the same price as this of the headquarters hotel, making it a good value for money choice.

The hotel is located right across the street from the conference venue, just 100 meters from the main entrance.

It is a conveniently small property, with all rooms located in one building and has beautiful gardens with palm trees and a swimming pool. As all the Kipriotis hotels it’s also very close to the pebbly beach.

It comes at a lower price than this of the headquarters hotel, so this is a good choice if you wish to be very close to the venue and not paying the rate of Kipriotis Village.

Set in separate blocks, the Kos Bay View Hotel is a recently built modern apartment complex.

At the foot of the hill, all its rooms and apartments are spread around a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens. Within only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, it offers a great variety of facilities and activities, making it a good choice for families.

Aside the playground, evening entertainment programs with theatre, shows, performances and folklore are also available for children’s entertainment.

“Playland” in the nearby Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama Hotel is also available.

Hotel Platanista is located in a quiet position only 200m from the beach, between the conference venue and 2km from Kos town.

The Sun Palace Hotel is a quiet family hotel, situated very close to the conference venue.

All its rooms are spacious and comfortable, surrounded by gardens. At a distance of 900m from the seashore, it offers a good holiday base for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is not recently renovated and this is reflected in the very low room rates. If you are budget conscious this could be a good selection due to its proximity to the conference venue.

Situated in the outskirts of Kos town, towards the conference venue, Zephyros Hotel is a small and comfortable family run property. The rooms are all in one building and most of them are sea view.

Although the rooms are a bit run down and small, if budget for accommodation is important to you, this clean and neat hotel is a very fine choice.

Kos Aktis Art Hotel is brand-new hotel situated in the center of Kos town, right at the picturesque harbor and the beach. An excellent small 4-star property that combines elegant décor and fabulous rooms.
As with Kos hotel, this choice is good if you wish to be close to town.

Kos Hotel Junior Suites is an extremely pleasant, luxurious hotel situated in Kos town. Being the first privately owned hotel on the island Kos, it was completely renovated in 2007 and now it offers independent, comfortable suites that provide a unique environment for a pleasant stay. If you opt for this hotel you will have the advantage of staying closer to Kos town.

A recently renovated 4-star property, Dimitra beach resort is found on the South-eastern coast of Kos island. Built on the gulf of St.Fokas, 6km from Kos town and at a distance of 3km from "Therma" the hot, natural, sea springs of the island, it gives you the opportunity to relax in an idyllic environment. All rooms, situated from the hillside to the sea are laid through gardens and offer beautiful sea view. Dimitra beach resort, provides all kinds of facilities that make your stay comfortable. All its apartments include a multi kitchen with microwave oven, thus being an excellent choice for those who wish to be accompanied by their families.
