Thank you very much for your contributions toward the success of ISCAS 06.
General Instructions
-
Please check the latest information for
presenters at the Presentation
Information link on the ISCAS 06 web site and download a
Session
Report Form for each session you chair.
-
Ensure you are in your session room/area
15 minutes before the start of your session.
-
Collect the filled "Presenter’s Personal
Data" sheet from the presenters in your session, and read them before the
start of your session.
-
Fill in the "Session Report Form" and return it to the
assistant in your session room.
Lecture Sessions

-
The duration of a presentation slot is 18
minutes. This includes 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 2-3
minutes for questions from the audience.
-
Please remember the time frame. Keeping
the program on time is very important, please be aware of the time periods
(slots) speakers have been assigned
to present.

It is a good idea to warn your presenters
at the start of the session about the time frame of their presentation and
give them notice 2 minutes before the end of their time frame.
-
·If a presenter is missing or the paper
was cancelled, please proceed to the next presentation. When completing
the "Session Report Form," please indicate that the paper was not
presented.

An LCD projector and a computer (MS
Windows XP) with a CD-ROM drive, USB ports, and presentation software (MS
PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader) will be available in all the conference
rooms for lecture presentations. Neither 35 mm slide projectors, Overhead
Projectors, nor VHS videotape player will be available.

Should there be any difficulty with the
speakers' presentation, please alert the assistant in your session room .
Poster
Sessions 
-
The duration of a poster presentation slot is 90
minutes.
-
Each
poster is attached on the panel with tape, found available in the session
area.
-
If a presenter is missing or the paper was cancelled,
please indicate in the "Session Report Form" that the paper was not
presented.
-
Should there be any difficulty with the poster
presentation, please alert the assistant in your session room .
